If you would like to request a product quote or product sample, please use the form below. Note that only fields with * asterisks are required. Quotes are always free!

For sample requests, please give us your "In Hand Date", and list the number of samples requested in the "Quantity(s) Needed" field. You may list multiple item numbers in the "Item Number" field (separate with commas). You may also use the "Special Instructions" section to list or describe your request.

All sample orders are billed at the minimum column price plus $5 for shipping per sample. We will contact you to confirm your sample request, and collect payment. Often, multiple samples will come from multiple factories and may require multiple shipping charges. Fees for specific samples are refunded at the time you place an order totaling at least $200 for that specific sample. Please feel free to call us with any questions or to place a sample order by phone.
