| PROOFS:
We require a signed proof on all orders before
the order can go into production. The proof shows your design as it would
appear on the finished product. It is the customer's responsibility to
review the entire proof for spelling, grammar, and general layout. Refunds
will not be given on incorrectly printed items if the customer has signed
off on the design printed. Please allow 48 hours for a proof to be
prepared for your order.
PRODUCTION TIME:
General production time on most items is
7-10 business days (M-F, not including holidays) after we receive the
signed proof approval. This will vary from item to item. Please be sure to
call if the exact production time is not shown for an item. Rush
production is available on many items, so if you need something fast, just
let us know!
PRODUCTION READY ARTWORK:
Production ready artwork is defined as a
vector .EPS file with all outlines and text converted to paths.
Artwork that is not production ready will need to be redrawn at a cost of
$50 per hour. Most designs can be redrawn in 1 hour. We do not
charge for simple logo redraws, but that will need to be determined by our
art staff. If you would like an artist to review your art, please email it

SETUP CHARGES:
There is generally a setup charge of some
type on decorated items. This fee covers the labor and material costs of
setting up equipment, burning screens, making plates, designing molds,
etc. Setup charges will vary from item to item, so please
contact us if
a setup charge is not shown.
IMPRINTED ITEMS:
Almost every item on our site can be
imprinted with your logo or message. On most of our items the pricing
shown includes a 1 color imprint in 1 location. There is generally a setup
charge for each imprint and additional "run" charges for extra locations

BLANK OR UNIMPRINTED GOODS:
Just about every item we sell can be
shipped to you without imprinting. While the minimum quantity does still
apply there may be discounts available for blank items. Please
contact us
for more information.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Cancelled orders will be subject to a
$30 cancellation charge plus payment of any services rendered up to
the point of cancellation. Orders are generally put into production the
same day that we receive a signed proof and at that time cannot be
cancelled.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS:
Many of the items that we sell are custom
imprinted or manufactured and therefore they are not returnable or
refundable. We do offer samples of our items. So if you are unsure of
quality or size, please request a sample before ordering. If you receive
items that are damaged or misprinted, we will work with you on a full
replacement or refund. Please feel free to

SAMPLES:
We are more than happy to send out samples
of our products so that you can see them before making a purchase. Samples
are billed at the minimum quantity price plus $5 for shipping per
sample. Often times, multiple samples will come from multiple factories
and may require multiple shipping charges. You may place a sample request

contact us via phone or email with any questions or to place a sample
order.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Due to the high costs and complexity
involved with placing orders for customized products, we need to ask for a
minimum order amount of $100 please. Orders totaling less
than $100 will not be processed.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Prepayment is required on all orders.
Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
check, money order, wire transfer and PayPal. NET 30 day terms are
available to larger corporations, educational facilities, and government
agencies. |
